Supporting AFIM Foundation for people with disabilities

The AFIM Foundation, established in 1992, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to people with various disabilities, as well as to young and elderly people at risk of social exclusion. The Foundation's work focuses on providing assistance and support to promote inclusion and improve the quality of life of these vulnerable groups.

Pangeanic has a history of supporting NGOs and humanitarian causes worldwide. We are proud to give visibility to one of their sport teams (pétanque) through the sponsorship of their uniforms, embodying the spirit of teamwork and inclusion that we both strive for. This year, Pangeanic, decided to start a collaboration that seeks to promote inclusion and support various communities. In this context, we have chosen to support the AFIM Foundation for the second year running. This organization, established in 1992, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to people with various disabilities, as well as to young and elderly people at risk of social exclusion.

The collaboration between the AFIM Foundation and Pangeanic involves the sponsorship of the team's uniforms, which has managed to qualify for the upcoming petanque final to be held on May 15th in Cullera (Valencia region). These uniforms not only provide a unified visual identity for the team, but also embody the spirit of teamwork and inclusion that we both aim to promote.

Pétanque, a sport that promotes skill, concentration, and camaraderie, becomes a vehicle for integration and equal opportunities. Participation in sports competitions not only strengthens self-esteem and confidence in athletes, but also challenges stereotypes and broadens horizons.

With this initiative, Pangeanic and the AFIM Foundation renew our commitment to diversity, equality, and the power of sports to generate positive change, demonstrating once again our commitment to social causes, as Nelson Mandela said: "A nation should not be judged by how it treats its highest citizens, but its lowest ones."
