Pangeanic has received funding from IVACE for the implementation of a CRM and online sales tracking system.
Pangeanic carried out this project with financial support from IVACE through the Digitaliza CV Program, as well as support from the European Union, having been selected under the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) Operational Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.
The main objective of the project is to implement software for managing the client portfolio and the life cycle of each sales opportunity. Specifically, the company has chosen HubSpot, a tool for managing inquiries and tracking opportunities via the web, which includes market intelligence, tracking, and professional CRM functionalities. The implementation of this system also serves to monitor SEO/SEM activities, track keywords, and manage work on them, linking all of these efforts directly to the conversion and sales process.
